This Pumpkin Streusel Muffin Recipe is so delicious! The muffins are very easy to make and completely customizable!

Once the calendar turns to October, most people are looking to their fall recipes to fulfill those food cravings that include all the good things like pumpkin, spices, and apples. But for me personally, I am thinking about pumpkin recipes year round 😉
Since pumpkin/pumpkin spice is one of my absolute favorite flavors, I refuse to enjoy this delicious flavor for only a few months out of the year. Pumpkin muffins are one of my favorite ways to savor the pumpkin flavor, and since it is now fall, I thought this would be the perfect time to share my favorite pumpkin muffin recipe!

These muffins are completely irresistible! An advantage to baking with pumpkin is it makes the muffin super moist and the spices adds so much depth to the flavor. The crumble topping adds a wonderful contrasting texture and the glaze adds a nice sweetness as well as to prevent the top from being to dry.
While the crumble and glaze take the muffins to the next level, they are not necessary – the muffins are still delicious without the toppings! In fact, most of the time I eat these muffins without the crumble and glaze. However, if I am making them for a special occasion or for someone else, I love to add a little something extra on top ;).
This recipe is incredibly easy to make with no unusual ingredients. Enjoy the recipe below!
