I’m sharing my dream crochet designs along with my dream knit projects. Cozy, timeless, and feminine, I love this list as it perfectly reflects my style and aesthetic.

I was recently talking to my sister about my dream projects that I would like to make at some point, and that inspired me to curate all of my project ideas into one place and share the list with y’all! These are all projects that I don’t have a specific timeline for, but i would like to accomplish them slowly overtime.
I have organized them into 2 categories. First, crochet designs that I’ve had floating around in my head that I would love to bring to fruition in the future. These are designs that, for whatever reason, I haven’t had the time to work on, or I’ve tried and failed but I want to rework the design. The other category is the knitted items I would like to make! These are projects that will take a bit (ok ok a lot) more time and energy to accomplish.
For context about 85% of the projects that I crochet are designs and the rest are usually small scrappy crochet projects. Since crochet is so much of my job, it’s important for me to sprinkle in knit projects since they are personal projects that don’t necessarily require any additional work after completing the project.
Designs
Oversized Cardigan
The best way to describe the cardigan that I have envisioned in my head is being wrapped in a big, cozy blanket.
I imagine this cardigan to be the perfect wardrobe staple for fall and winter. I love cardigans as they are an ideal layering item for transitional seasons or when you’re lounging at home.

Quilted Project
I’ve only had a minor obsession with quilted designs for literally my entire life. I love the simple, old fashioned, homey aesthetic that quilts contribute to a space.
I love the idea of creating some sort of design that’s inspired by the beautiful quilts that I love and admire.
As far as what I would make, I’m not entirely sure. A blanket, sweater, cardigan, bag…. I haven’t decided yet. What would you like to see out of a quilted design?
Ribbed Sweater
I have been wanting to design the coziest oversized ribbed sweater for years. I’ve even made several attempts at making it, it’s just never worked out. But I’m not giving up and eventually I will be crocheting the coziest ribbed sweater.
I have the stitch pattern figured out, I just need to find the perfect yarn (and plenty of time!) to figure out this design.

Knitting Projects
Folklore Cardigan
If you have been following me for any amount of time then you know that I am a dedicated swiftie. Ever since the Folklore album released in 2020, I’ve dreamed of having THE cardigan to cozy up in. I’ve never knit cables and I know this project would be a huge undertaking, but I do actually have plans of starting this one in the next few months!

Gingham Pullover
Isn’t this the dreamiest sweater you’ve ever seen? I adore gingham and knitting up a sweet little sweater feels just right to me haha. Designed by Perfectly Knotted, I have been drooling over this sweater since I saw it released by Sewrella Yarn. I would love to replicate the blush pinks used in the sample, but I also think it would be beautiful with a sage green or cool taupe palette. The options are endless!

Grannies in a Row Socks
A project that combines two of my favorite things – granny squares and socks✨
Ever since these sock appeared on my Instagram feed, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about them. They’re sweet, quirky, and perfect for scraps! As I’m writing this post I’m beginning to think that I should start saving the scraps that I would like to include in these socks.

Porcelain Sweater
Ever since I was little, I’ve always been attracted to the beautiful blue and white porcelain designs. Like every other project on this list, I knew that making this sweater would be in my future. It perfectly fits within my personal style but also compliments my personal love of blue and white china.
